1.7 Booking System

Time Required for Lesson – 5 Minutes

Bazinga Parties uses an App that is synced to our online booking platform and websites this makes it possible for clients to see our entertainers up-to-date availability and book specific entertainer on our websites.


1) Once registered on our system you will receive an automated email inviting you to sign up to view your profile and download the Koala Booking App.

2)  All notifications and the details for each event can be found on your profile in the booking app. There you can also chat with our admins, request time off of your regular work hours and view past events as well as your earnings per job.

3) You can also add a Paypal account to your profile which will give you the option to cash out your events during the month. (After they have taken place)

Here are a few more important details regarding our app:

Scheduling and Availability

Your available work hours (Where we can book you without first checking) are automatically set to: Friday 2 – 7pm, Saturday 9 – 7pm and Sunday 9 – 7pm. You can adjust your availability in the app for the dates and times where you don’t already have bookings. If you already have an event on your calendar, on the day you require time off, you will need to reach out to your area manager and discuss further.

App Notifications

On the booking app you will receive notifications for each new booking you receive as well as alerts regarding your upcoming bookings. Please be sure to allow all notifications on the App during setup so you don’t miss anything important.

Payments

You can view all of your bookings for the month and amounts paid per booking under the account section of your app. You also have the option to connect a PayPal account which will enable you to cash out any income during the month (After an event has passed)
*Please note: We will pay out any remaining income on the 25th of each month to your connected Paypal account or bank.

Start the Booking

When it is time to start your event – a booking a button will appear on the booking in your app which says “start” or “clock in”. Please tap that button to track your work hours and notify Admin you are at the party.
*IMPORTANT! If you forget to start the booking on the app the system won’t track or pay you for your work hours, you will need to notify management to have this rectified so that you in fact get paid for the time you worked.

Finish the Booking

At the end of your event please remember to tap the STOP button in the App to end the party. A popup will show on your phone with a section for the client to sign to let us know they were happy with the service.
*If you forget to end the event in the app our system will automatically clock you out when you travel more than 2000 meters from the event.

Reviews

24 Hours after the event the client is sent a request to review our services. This helps us constantly improve our services and ensures that the entertainment we offer is of a high standard.
1) If you receive the most 5 star reviews for the whole team in your area, you receive a bonus at the month end.
2) If you receive a 3 star rating or less, a complaint form will be sent to you . This you will need to fill out and explain to us why the event did not go as planned. This will be discussed with you further. You may be required to participate in further training.
